She worked with me on what adjustments wereneeded to be done in order for my home to sell quickly. We worked with a small budget but she was able to make the most out of it and it allowed me to increase the selling price of my home.
Once I started receiving offers she stopped by and went over each offer and walked me through the negotiation process. The end result was that less than 2 weeks after putting my home back on the market we had a firm offer and sold our home shortly after that. I would (and have) recommend her without reservation.
